Next to Megas Limnionas is another seaside settlement, Agia Ermioni, with a beautiful gulf full of small caiques and fishing boats. In the area there are not many houses, except from the cottages of the residents that live to another place, far from the island and visit Chios for their summer vacations.

The last few years a great tourist improvement have been developed , as we can see from the huge number of tourists that choose a quiet and idyllic place for their holidays. There are many rooms to let and apartments around there, also summer bars and cafeterias for peoples entertainment and relaxation.
