In the midle of the magnificent beach of Karfas, one of the most remarkably resorts of island, with lengthy sandy beach which attracts many tourists during holidays and is ideal for vacations with children.

Our Apartments are built on the sandy beach, of abi with all the comforts of a family unit.
SPITI ANATOLI " the sea at your door steps"
Spiti Anatoli is built in the quietest part of Karfas right on the sandy beach . The sea is not even 10 meters away and no road is between the house and the beach.
Spiti Anatoli is divided into 3 apartments that can be converted into studios during the Low Season.
The 2 room-apartment of the ground floor (3/5 pers.) : 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, 2 bathrooms and a big terrace right on the beach.
The 3 room-apartment of 1st floor (4/6 pers.) : 2 bedrooms, a kitchen in which there is a sitting room with 2 single sleepings, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace facing the beach.
The 3 room-apartment of the 2nd floor (4/6 pers.) : 2 bedrooms, 1kitchenette in which there is a sitting room with 2 single sleepings, a bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the sea.
RATES IN EUROS/WEEK :
STUDIO (2 pers.) : 320 all months exept HS July & Aug.
APARTMENT (2 rooms ) : 420 (LS) - 700 (HS)
APARTMENT (3 rooms) : 490 (LS) - 800 (HS)
Each terrace has its own garden furniture and long chairs.
Bed linen , cleaning once a week, transfers from airport and long chairs on the beach are included.
Shops, retaurants, taverns are 300 meters away.
The owners have got 2 others houses for rent on the islands and cars rental.
