PLAKA STUDIOS
Chios, the island of mastic, is a place that can combine calm and full of experiences holidays.
Karfas is placed in the south part of Chios 6km from town and port and 4km from the airport.
Karfas with the sandy beach belongs to the Kefalohori Thymiana. The name Thymiana is related with the old one name of the village, Evfimiana that means famous. It was famous because of the many quarries producing a charecteristic stone \"Thimianousiki Petra.\" Following the traditions of our origins we created Plaka Studios.
Plaka Studios are equipped with Kitchenette, refrigerator and T.V. The Studios have view on the sea and on the hill of St. George.
The access to the sea is achieved through a stone made stair. The bottom of the sea is sandy. Not far from the Studios you can find super markets, taverns, bars and water sports.
Transportation to the city is very easy, as the bus stops near our Studios.

Plaka studios are constructed in a traditional style and at the same time with the best materials offering all the comforts that can guarantee comfortable and pleasant vacations.
All rooms are equipped with TV, kitchenette, refrigerator, warm water all day long, air condition and more things offering a hospitality feeling to all customer. (discreet services impressing all the customers from the time of arrival).
The studios are close to the sea making available to swim in a minute.
There is a possibility to rent any room by month from 1/9 until 30/6. All rooms are equiped TV, kitchenette, refrigerator, warm water all day long, air condition, individual heating and common washing machine.
